This is what the holidays are all about.
I don't care that I will spend all my money on presents that will be discarded after six months.
I don't care that it took me three days to decorate.
I don't care that our electricity bill is going to be out of control.
I don't care that the cat drinks from the tree stand.
I don't care that Riley will not remember any of this because I will remember every single detail.
