Regardless of where you live, jerks like this are a dime a dozen. I drove by this house for weeks before I finally insisted that Doug pull over so I could take a photo. If these were my neighbors I would have to add the HOA to my speed dial. How about you just fix the damn wall instead of posting some passive aggressive note that isn't going to accomplish a damn thing?
